By commissioning the artist (RenaissanicCatherine), the client agrees to the following terms, conditions, and rules.

Payment
- Payment is to be made in USD via PayPal.
- Standard pricing will be agreed upon at time of order and is at the sole discretion of the artist.
- Additions, modifications and/or revisions after order will result in additional charges.
- Rush orders and/or excessive changes will result in an additional fee.
- Payment must be received in full before the complete, un-watermarked artwork will be released.
- Cancellation of an order will result in a cancellation fee and forfeiture of deposit.
Rights
- Artwork is intended for the private, non-commercial use of the client. Watermark must not be purposely removed and artist must be given credit for any public platform use and sharing.
- The artist maintains the rights to the piece for the purposes of, but not limited to, portfolio display and advertising.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.
Process
- The client may ask for updates in text form or image form.
- The client will be informed of any issues during the process- such as technical issues or time issues.
- Completed artwork is sent to clients preferred email after payment is fulfilled.
